There are a few simple tasks to perform before your child(ren) can work and it is in everyone’s best interests to complete these requests swiftly so we can get started.
The tasks to complete are as follows:
First and foremost, we need to make things legal. This way, you and the agency will never have any confusion regarding their roles and duties. Once everything is clear, sign where you must and you’ll be good to go. This will also make you aware of all the terms and conditions so that no issues will arise down the road. See an example of our standard Contract of Agreement here.
Your payment can be made following the details in your contract. Find out more about our payment portal and additional options for your membership here.
After you’ve signed the contract and paid the fee, we will be able to book you in for a photoshoot. Please contact us when you’re ready, so that we can book you in. Keep in mind that the next photoshoot dates could be booking up fast, but that your contract doesn’t start until the day of the photoshoot. Find out more about the photoshoot process here.
Application forms are available at your local post office. There is no minimum age for applying for a TFN. Find out more about why you need a TFN and how to apply here.
It’s highly unlikely that you will ever be paid in cash, and your child’s payment must go to an account in their name. Learn more about managing your child’s finances when they are a working model or actor.
Once your profiles have been set up in Syngency and Casting Networks, you will be notified via email. You will then need to go and update all of your profile details on both platforms.
